We had to get up early for Tai Chi this glorious sunny Perth morning, but we had enough time for Banana Oats with Peanut Butter! I also had a green tea with it.

After Tai Chi, which was great by the way, we grabbed a skinny capp and I shared a huge granny smith with Adam. We walked Bronte for a while and I grabbed my shopping bags and headed to the markets to get some fruit and veg. This is what I came back with for $25!

I also grabbed a couple of mags to read at the gym on the Elliptical this week.
We have been cleaning and doing some odd jobs this morning and I just sat down to this! It was super yumbos! What was is? Leftover snapper (Adam had the trevally in a lebanese bread pita thing) with some Nandos sauce on it, baked in the oven for 10 mins and then finished off under the grill for 5 mins. Some cherry toms, half a tiny avo, red onion, cucumber, pepper and 2 slices of Burgen Rye. It was very filling


I am off to see my aunty for her birthday and to enjoy the sunshine. She has a lemon tree so I’m hoping to nick a few from her tree to use this week.
